Bought an Amazon Fire tablet 10HD for my son for Christmas. We set it up yesterday and bought minecraft from the Amazon store and it will not play under my sons kids profile - same issues as discussed here. Works fine under adult profile.
We have tried everything detailed here, online and other things, but it will not allow him to sign in nor create worlds/play the game at all.
Things tried so far:-
factory reset of device and all updates installed, even removed kids profile and setup again from scratch
reinstalled minecraft
set permissions for storage and contacts enabled in kids profile
added Microsoft.com, minecraft.net and Xbox.com to allowed websites
Spent over 5 hours trying to sort it yesterday and at our wits end - he is not a happy bunny right now and I would appreciate any help.
