I bought the dragon pack about a month, and none of it since I bought it has downloaded, I have tried everything I can think of. I don't understand why this isn't being resolved considering the amount of people I see with the issue. I wanted to get realms plus for my daughter to use with her friends and sister, but I am afraid she won't be able to enjoy the packs if I am unable to use the stuff I bought for my own game.
Please will someone work on this! Or refund start refunding money! its robbery to continue to take money from people while there are people who can't use what they buy.
