I have just tested the realm again, and global resources are now functional. This issue may be marked Resolved.

Thank you mod. No, REALMS-9476 does not describe my issue.

Hopefully soon, because I have my realm, and it heavily affects it. Most of us have thorns in that server.

I meant to place it under realms, not codebase. Mod, if you can fix this, please do.
