Yup, problem gone in 1.14.2.

I have exactly the same problem. Steps to replicate the problem with problematic world -

  1. Load the provided world.

  2. Open to LAN with Creative and Cheats enabled.

  3. /execute in minecraft:the_end run tp @p -37 57 -76

  4. Go up the stairs and use one of the trapdoors to force crawling or use ender pearls to use the gateway.

  5. You will get pushed outside platform and fall into the void.

Problematic world is run on Linux server, but I could replicate it locally on Windows 10 machine. Using 1.14.2 Prerelease 1.
