Ok I got a solution for this
first open your files and write C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
then open it and look for : 127.0.0.1 sessionserver.mojang.com
127.0.0.1 sessionserver.mojang.com
127.0.0.1 authserver.mojang.com
if you see them delete them, save the file and see if it works
(it worked for me)
