Hmm it happened when I unequipped the Electra also though. But maybe having it equipped "holds the bug" even when equipping. Crouching seems to solve it though.

I can confirm, that after trying with both "normal" pumpkins and "sheered"/"carved" pumpkins I can not get this achievement to work on Windows 10 as of Oct 18. As you can see other achievements unlock fine.

I made two Iron Golems no luck.
