I have seen the issue you referenced. Firstly, the person is using Windows 8.1 which I had no issues with. Secondly, the drivers he referenced (with links I can't even find in the issue) won't work because I have Linux. This type of glitch seems common and most things say to roll back drivers, but I don't see what says how to.
