What it dind get fixed why it so frustrating with those gpu spike it also comprises performence even when looking at entity

Yes this is the same reason why I came here intense lag and also rendering this grains make random fps drop in game before I had smooth 80 fps but after this update I have 80 but like every 20-40 sec random fps drops for like 20-50 sec it makes game unplayable pls fix this fast it's true bug
