When do you think the estimated time for the update to be finished? And will all our data still be the same and stay? Also the method you are suggesting, it won’t erase my data right?
How long will this bug take to be fixed? It’s been over a month of me freaking out and having restless sleep, I really don’t want to loose my creations and memories on the game, I’m super nervous and I really can’t imagine what I would do if I lost my data. Please fix this I’m really scared.
Quinn, there is also a third problem. Once changing skins, the game doesn’t let you play anymore. Just keeps crashing. Not sure if u meant this but this might be a third problem. Doesn’t even allow you to go to menu and I’m scared.
I haven’t been able to play for over a month now because of this bug, after changing skins, Minecraft crashed and then I couldn’t reach the menu screen anymore. It would only go past mojang, then say Minecraft and then crash. Pls fix this and keep all our data because I don’t want to loose my worlds that I spent 5 years working on.
After doing this 2 times, my minecraft pretty much broke. I couldn’t get to the menu. Only to the Mojang and then Minecraft intro screen. MCPE-38112
I have experienced this twice. Once on my friends iPhone, but she deleted her app and installed it again, but I don’t want to because I used money on the shop, and my data. I’ve played Minecraft for 5 years and don’t want to loose the creations I made, also I’m on an iPad Pro IOS 12.1 Minecraft version 1.7
So yesterday I updated my game and it opened!!! I was so relieved so when I went into game I immediately changed my skin to a Minecraft skin from the shop and every time I leave it resets to Steve? I’m ok with this but I think this is progress... at least I have all my worlds and data so yay! But this is sorta an update
