No I have a ton of ram on my system and I gave minecraft like 10gb!
i copied the portal.txt from the minecraft.jar duped it and renamed the second portal.txt to blockLapis.txt
I ran into this issue on 1.21.5, spent a while trying to figure out what was wrong with my command stack before narrowing it down to this issue
