There is no update being provided to our iPads.
It’s working on my IPad (Os 26.6.2) but isn’t working on my children’s iPads since updating. They’re quite upset. They run 15.8.8 and 16.7.16. Appears to be a compatibility issue with the new upgrade unable to work with older versions of iPad software?
I see that other people have resolved this, so am not sure if we must continue to wait for some reason until an update is provided to us, or if this is still an issue.
