sooooo i actually got this fixed by a microsoft trouble shooter. knew exactly what was wrong. after talking with 3 people there the first 2 not knowing what they were doing.

they had me download this link that re installs windows 10.

make sure you download it as a iso file and launch it from your desktop. it will install and fix all errors in your system and update all your updates you think you might have gotten but really havent. it gets your drivers and graphics cards. and it fixed every app i had crashing. and there were a few.. but if your xbox apps arent working either this will fix your issues!!!!!

if your xbox apps arent working its because something didnt update properly in your computer. and if any of them crash this will fix your minecraft.

but everything i had going wrong in my pc was fixed after this. highly recommended. just remember to download on your desktop as an iso file like its going to get printed to a disk. and launch it from there. you wont need a disk. just dont click print on disk. print on disk later or something was an option.

my minecraft  works!!!!

reference issue REALMS-918 slime spawning. I have the same problem still occurring today 2/22/2018. I feel along with all the other victims of the tragically low spawn rates for mobs in the better together minecraft (Bedrock) update. I miss the adventure of exploring the landscape or a dark cave, never knowing where the next threat might come from or what could be lurking in the shadows. The once treacherous nether has now been reduced to a desolate park where you can stroll an enjoy the views. I anxiously await the return of the once suspenseful and tense game I had once so thoroughly enjoyed.

I have experienced similar instances on my realm as well. it is an aggravation which really downs the gameplay I enjoyed when time and effort spent on endeavors are for naught.

thankyou Eggeman, its nice to know its not just an isolated issue on my realm that others are experiencing the same frustration as I. I am unable to upload a screenshot but Eggemans screenshot is pretty much a replica of what I see in my world complete darkness around me and if at all just a couple mobs here and there.

I have a similar issue but my mob does not disappear from the inside of the spawner cage but rather it just seems to stop spawning mobs for no particular reason sometimes for over five minutes or more no new mobs will spawn.

I have a similar issue on my survival realm in the new update just released. I have a double spawner and my mobs are still inside the spawner cage but ever since the better together update the spawn rates seem to have dropped significantly from 10+ every minute or two to less than 5 on a good run.

if you have had a similar issue with the better together update in your realm or even other mine craft worlds with the update please leave a comment confirming I'm not the only one. its a very frustrating issue and will affect the gameplay that I enjoy so much.

when you tried to log in did it say "There's something weird with the server and we'll have a look at it shortly."
