It happen to me too.
I build a portal to the nether, i enter on it, when i pass to the portal of the nether, i leave nether by other portal created in the overworld with a 40 blocks of space between the original portal.

Is not ever, jungle trees drop oak saplings, but the major part of the time this what it happens to me....i reinstall minecraft, removing ".minecraft" and redownloading the minecraft.exe, im not joking, i only want a solution for my problem....Watch the video for view an evidence, minecraft official version, no mods, no texture pack...raw
