dont have access to that system and wont for a while but i can report the specs if needed. can also test on my other system, and report the dxdiag for that one. but again not the system i used when initially reporting

Hey, I actually got this figured out. I disabled the smooth scrolling settings in Logitech Options which works with my mouse. If you also have that installed, the fix should work for you too.
Thanks for helping but this only happens in this one game, not even Java Edition. The bug started sometime over the summer, before that my mouse (MX master mouse) worked fine. Glide is off. If my mouse goes more than one notch per scroll, wouldn't that affect other games? Also another basic mouse I tried still does this.
Does not occur on my current device, which is a pc (laptop) running windows 10, original report was on a desktop windows 10
