Ours has a black screen for about 5 minutes, then the red progress comes up and gets stuck at 45%. If you go out and back in while the game is loading, it will go to 54% then back to 45%. We also have to constantly enter the code on the account to allow for online play. Game will give error when trying to close software or randomly crash. We had issues before, but the 1.17.2 update has really made it noticeable. I have the cartridge version, not download. Ipad and W10 versions work fine.
