I'm having this issue and the workaround is not fixing it.
I'm trying to download "Biome Pets" by "Logdotzip" on iPad, app version 1.20.62
The download bar fills up for step 1 and then is stuck there indefinitely. Clearing the Marketplace Cache allows me to try downloading again with the same result. I've tried with force-closing the app after clearing the cache and without.
Downloading a different Add-On worked properly.
Update: I tried again today and was able to download "Biome Pets". If someone fixed it, thank you!
