The issue occurs on all platforms. Any new realm created as of now does not get a club, and so nobody on any platform is able to view the club or realm feed.
I purchased the Realm on the Nintendo Switch version using Minecoins (the same way I bought realms before), except this time I clicked "Renew" on my 10 player Realm instead of adding a new one. It didn't renew the previous Realm, and created a new one instead, which is fine, but no Club was created.
The You can create and join clubs setting was already set to Allow.
Looks like the issue is fixed! All realms I am in now have feeds.
