I think he means It is not denoising properly with rtx. makes an almost film grain type of effect. Nothing to do with sound. 

I`m using pureBDcraft and on the 256res the center of my base gets single digit fps now where it use too usually drop too high 30s or 40 fps.
had too switch down too 32res. Also dropping items on higher res on even a new map takes my fps too single digits.
specs i7 7700K 5ghz single core ratio 4.7ghz all core
24GB ddr4 ram(16gb+8gb)
gtx 1080 ti 11gb
