ok i believe that this is more of an account issue than a connection. reason why i say this is. I have 2 Microsoft Minecraft accounts one for my ps5 and one for my pc. I have a realm created from my pc account and my pc can join the realm. But my ps5 account can not all i get is "fetching realms". my girlfriend can join the realm from her ps5 and her account, my friends also can join the realm. when i try to join the realm on my ps5 account but on my girlfriends ps5 i get "fetching realms". and when i log her ps5 account on my ps5 she can join the realm.
Also when i am playing on my pc creative test world up my ps5 can connect via the lan but when i try to join via the "joinable cross-platform friends" i see the world but it get stuck loading. this tells me that in the update they did something that blocks accounts from joining via online play.
