I cannot fix it on my own
I have a nether hub that is at the ceiling of the nether. Even though there are a bunch of layers of netherack below the nether hub, ghasts will shoot at me through a bunch of blocks. I can't go to the nether if this bug doesn't get fixed.
It looks like only enchanted ones.
