Do you mean you got the cape? In what way did it get better?

"Good news for you: once the event ends, they’ll be doing a manual rollout of any rewards that should be unlocked, but aren’t. So you’ll get your rewards, either way, even if they have to be delayed a bit"

Found another one from an actual Noxcrew person:

"[...] If that also doesn't work, don’t worry - we’ve had some backend issues with granting this many players this much stuff, but we're keeping a log of who’s earned what and will be manually reconciling them after the event, so you’ll get any items you’re missing."

So they are fully aware of the bug and now I'm even guiltier for bothering them.

Should NoxCrew be contacted instead of Mojang? It will take much longer for Mojang to roll out a patch than NoxCrew to update the server they made, wouldn't it? They have previously offered support in this. Do they have a place where you could report bugs? Though I doubt they don't know about this issue. Might not be much help.

A solution to this bug might be the addition of a challenge reset button. I would happily do a challenge, or even every challenge if I get to have my cape in the end. Just saying the most shotgun solution to this, as I hope someone is working to fix it before the end.

I am sure i have pressed Claim when I finished all the challenges 10 hours ago. The problem is somewhere else, I think. I restarted, relogged, did the challenges over again, I don't think there is a fix right now. Please address this soon 🙂

And apparently I didn't get the Cyan Coyotes Head as well, as it was my last challenge. I have done it 2 times over what I should and still no cape or head. I will fiddle around and try to find out more. But I still don't think that this is caused by the Claim pop-up, as I have gotten the Crown with no problems.
