I thought I got that wrong, but I'm seeking customer support. An based on the link you sent its an official support channel, so I was asking about this bug and expecting to get an official reply for Mojang Studios and based on Bug Tracker Guidelines I just want check the status about this bug because it's affecting the behaviour of the platform and this is been here for more than a year without a solution.
