I have an instance of hoppers not picking up things even on top of them, not inside them. If too many items are dropped on them at once, they stop working, don't pick up and also don't transfer anything to another hopper.

Confirmed in 30c as well

I meant more along the lines of Minecart offsets for aesthetics on a map, so I can't use them that way.
I dunno, I think the slabs should all be their own for those who need them that way, since ID numbers are practically no longer supported for CBs
