After trying it on a normal world, it also occurs there as well. Furthermore, it was the diamond hoe only.

I have attached the video of it happening and a screenshot of a player dealing with the same thing. It seems to be an issue with the diamond hoe as I am not experiencing this with my other hoes.

This has only occurred to me on realms. The addons I am using are naturalist and another furniture by Starfish, Computers by Jigarbov, Dynamic Lighting by XP Games, and RPG skills by Podcrash. It still occured after I removed them.
