I was creating a farm and tilled the ground using my hoe. After doing so I was teleported and clipped into Y level -30. Subsequently I died and lost all of my stuff, including 44 experience levels. I continue to farm after I got some new stuff and double tapped the ground. After doing so I was teleported into the void.

Does this only occur on a realm or does the same issue occur in a local copy of the world?

This has only occurred to me on realms. The addons I am using are naturalist and another furniture by Starfish, Computers by Jigarbov, Dynamic Lighting by XP Games, and RPG skills by Podcrash. It still occured after I removed them.

as other people have said , this is only happening with my diamond hoe and it started happening in the middle of my play session yesterday . i had farmed normally at the start nn it js randomly started teleporting me .

I believe this bug report is invalid. As confirmed by the poster of this reddit thread, the issue is caused by is misbehaving data pack. Though it would be best to verify if those experience the issue have the same addons/packs enabled.
