hey this issue is still happening to me. I submitted a 2nd  support ticket today. hopefully that will lead to a resolution

i submitted a ticket through this form

That is the reference number for my bug report

I mostly dealt with Hunter S. Eventually I was shuffled to someone named moxie. The final email said effectively there was nothing they could do at the moment and I would need to just watch this issue on here for a solution. That was months ago, thus my over irritated comment. If I should open up a new bug report I will but I don't want to just be bounced back and forth 

any updates on this issue? im still locked out of my account. frankly ridiculous that an issue that makes the game unplayable for many people has not been dealt with.

Looking through my Launcher log for entitlements error i find
" Failed to get entitlements for account. Error: 16 "

Yes i went through all the steps listed in this post and more as directed by the support team. After being pointed to this post I also sent in my Launcher_Log.txt to them as mentioned in here.

This is still happening to me. I've been emailing back and forth with the support team trying to resolve this and they recently pointed me here. I seem to be having a similar issue. On top of the only internet access I have at the moment is cellular data through a VPN. Only additional information I have is mine started out not having the play demo option and just saying that it could not verify what products I own.
