That is not a bug at all! It exists every edition. It is mechanism of anvil in Minecraft.
Because the music in Minecraft marketplace hasn't updated. When it updates, you can download it for your mobile phone or windows.You can also check wiki to download these music and add them in Vanilla_music folder.
