Seriously?! I have a Mac keyboard that doesn't allow me to use the F1-4 keys. This is a VERY stupid "resolution". Does anyone have any minecraft hacks that could achieve this?

This has also happened to me while playing with my friends on servers, where an actual player would sink into the ground.

I believe you do not understand. I have removed ALL references to the F3 key in settings (this includes the shortcut, and the "Don't use Function keys for Expose and Launchpad") I don't even use this key so it doesn't matter with me.
