I can confirm this issue persists on Windows 11 v26.3. The bug seems to occur when a raid fails to initiate at the exact moment the 30-second Raid Omen countdown ends.
Steps to Reproduce:
Drink an Ominous Bottle to start a normal raid.
While the raid is active, drink another Ominous Bottle.
Wait for the 30-second Raid Omen effect to expire. Since a raid is already active, the game fails to start a new one.
Finish the current raid, then drink another Ominous Bottle.
Result: The next raid starts immediately, skipping the 30-second countdown.
Observation: The trigger appears to be any situation where a raid fails to start at the end of the 30-second countdown (e.g., an active raid is already in progress, or the village is destroyed). Once it fails once, the very next raid attempt starts instantly.
