This is not a bug, this is just a quirk of the seed/ engine that spawns the world.
This happened again as of April 20. How do I get out of it now? I have tried restarting the Xbox entirely. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it still is in effect. I even tried uninstalling it, restarting the Xbox again and then reinstalling it. Please fix this soon. None of the offered solutions so far have worked.
Can confirm on Xbox One on the current version.
