i was talking about spawnmosters gamerule.

thank you i did not know this. i will try disabling monsters with gamerule in singleplayer and then i see if server is needed

but i set spawn monsters false in properties file in server folder. i do not want monsters but i need hunger. i do not want peaceful difficulty.

i created new world and located ocean and found drowned zombies

i can not locate dungeon with monster spawner block i can only locate trial chambers and mineshaft

i do not use addons or packs

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. launch server and launch multiplayer then login to your server

  2.  swim in ocean

  3.  you can find drowned zombie with trident attacking you

Observed Results:
drowned zombie with trident attacking player in ocean

Expected Results:
no monsters spawning
