I'm playing on 1.20.81 with 1.21 experimental mode enabled and am still being affected by this bug, although perhaps it's been improved? For instance, the gold farm design from silentwisperer's video works with worse rates @ 7:44 min for 30 exp instead of 2:20. A video testing it sort of.
