Hi again! I got really excited when you mentioned it could be a storage issue, but I checked and they have about 180GB available right now, womp womp. I'll keep following this issue to see if any other possible solutions crop up. Thanks!

Edit: I forgot to answer the other questions. Yeah they're basically iOS but it's called iPadOS instead. The problem first cropped up a few days ago, but we were not in the US at the time so I thought maybe it was an international wifi thing or something. However, once we returned, I wasn't able to cancel/restart the download.

"Furniture Add-On" by Honeyfrost is currently frozen at "Downloading" 0% for my child on iPad (v1.21.2). This has persisted after clearing the marketplace cache multiple times, killing the app and restarting, signing out of the xbox account, signing back in, killing the app again and again...and it never even gives me the option to click download again; it always says "Downloading" even when completely signed out of the xbox account with the big banner that says "none of your add-ons are available because you're not signed in" or whatever.

This then prevent any other add-on from downloading, they all then get stuck at 0% and don't respond. However, when I do clear the marketplace cache, all of those add-ons aren't stuck at "Downloading" anymore; just this one. If I try to download them again though, it will get stuck again and I have to clear the cache once more.
