Why comment when you have nothing to add to the case? Solution was allready there, problem was confirmed
Update, this fixes the problem (crude but works)
1.Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2.Select Settings.
3.Select All Settings.
4.Select System.
5.Select Console info & updates.
6.Select Reset console.
7.Reset and keep my games & apps.
Microsoft chat support provided this info, and now my son is happy again 🙂 Good luck
Im having the same problem, nothing works. reinstall, remove game data etc etc and ofcourse hard reboot, power cycle etc.
xbox one, NOT BETA, worked for 2 days and now this. My son is sad, he just got xbox live and realms and loved it and now this happens...
Any suggestions?
Today I also tried making another account, deleting all local data and uninstalling the old minecraft. None worked, crashes at startup no matter what I do
Some more information for Mojang who should be on this with high prio, it might be that its triggered by keyboard input. It happened a third time for me now, and at least twice was when the keyboard was opened for console command input.
It is annoying since it takes 10 minutes to reset everything
