Can't launch my beta with it saying "restart your Xbox"

Have you tried doing a hard reset. Power down your console. Unpower the powerbrick by removing it's power from the socket for at least 45 seconds. Plug it back in. See if the game now starts.
Have you tried installing the minecraft beta again? Remove the game and redownload it from the store.
Please let us know if any of these methods solved the issue for you.

I have just tried those 2 solution's and both do not work... I remember just before this popped up I was in a game and I was glitched in the floor and I went to reset my beta and then I couldn't launch my game again.

Another thing you can try, is launching the beta with another account the user/player data may be corrupted by the crash. (Can only try that if the game is installed on your home console). Let us know if that changes anything.

The only thing I haven't tried is running it on a different Xbox with the same account. Which I can't do because I don't have another Xbox.

My beta crashed on my xbox one and now it only loads to the "MOJANG" logo then crashed and says "If this problem keeps occurring, hold the xbox power button for 10 seconds" and I have done that multiple times along with deleting the game reinstalling it and buying it over again. I did the Reset that Edward talks about in his comment, and it fixed my problem too, the only issue now is that All of my Minecraft Worlds i used on the Better Together BEFORE i reset, they are no longer available. it's as if they have been deleted from my account

You are welcome, I only had one world that I bought and I tried loading it up and it got stuck on the loading screen. So yeah it like broke it. But the game works again so i can't complain. 🙂

I seen a post that stated to post what i was doing at the time of the issue here. I was playing on an official server and went to enter a command using the right on dpad button and opening the keyboard while typing the command the game seemed to crash at that point I went to reopen the game and the game crashes at the mojang loading screen! I have made Xbox Live support aware of this bug and it has been attached to my escalation ticket. I must say that a console "reset" is not the solution or acceptable "fix" especially when all the consoles settings must be all reconfigured. It might be OK with those that only use default settings but when a family utilizes a unit and have payment methods and pins stored it is too easily to miss something and a child make accidental purchases. Here is the lead up to my son's issue.

got disconnected while in the lobby for Skyfall. He had just entered Skyfall and was there for several seconds when he was disconnected. He has not been able to start Minecraft since. Every time he tries to start Minecraft on the Xbox One he is promptly returned to the home screen with the aforementioned error and told to hold to power button if the issue persists. Xbox live support has had us clear the cache repeatedly by going to settings , advanced options, resetting MAC and by having us under Blu-ray options clearing the cache there as well.

Some more information for Mojang who should be on this with high prio, it might be that its triggered by keyboard input. It happened a third time for me now, and at least twice was when the keyboard was opened for console command input.

Reset is a NUCLEAR option and takes out a lot of authentications - HARD RESET / DASBOARD DOUBLE-TRIGGER-Y / AND REINSTALL did NOT fix. RESET works for a bit - but problem returned.

iv had this happen 2 me too (been 4 days still have not been able 2 get back on) - i was playing on lifeboats survival server and it seems 2 freeze game when i try and repeat same message (press up on d-pad 2 scroll through previous said messages) and when i pressed X to send it freezes and closes back to dashboard... this happened a few times but this last one gave me the error 0x80040200

This seems to be true for many people including me. EVEN A FACTORY RESET ISN'T FIXING THIS BUG. It is a massive bug and will probably require more than a simple update to fix.

And I was having fun expirementing with commands. ( ended up crashing the game because you cannot repeat a command that summons the same entity that you set the execute command to detect. It insta-crashes any platform, including Java edition. )

Newest insider program beta on 5 Oct. Worked great for about 8 hours doing many saves/loads/imports but never switched programs. After a save and running several apps i tried to restart the beta and received this. Did several hard boots of the xbox with no success. Tried deleting all cloud saves and unsinstalled reinstalled with no success. Program is completely dead now.

Getting back into INSIDER BETA for XBOX allowed me to resolve this one for me... update seems to be more stable in that it lets me load, but in MINECRAFT, still crashes about every 30-40 minutes of heavy KEYBOARD typing w/ RETURNS and DELETES causing mega weirdness. In any case, running again - sorta.
