Just saw the "zooming" described. A villager will lie down in a bed and suddenly skid across the ground at speed while still lying down and end up somewhere else entirely. 

Directly after update on ps4, I saw a villager sleeping on the ground outside. I believe this may be related? 

I have seen a similar bug with one villager farmer during their gathering time. He will stand in one spot, frozen, no collisions (can't be pushed or hit) and cannot be interacted with for trading. He was still able to breed with an non-bugged villager who was around 20-30 blocks away (heart animation from both and a baby produced).
