Can confirm in 1.18.1. Experienced this on our server, all ENTITIES including items etc. entering/spawned in the chunk froze completely. They couldn't be moved, damaged or interacted with at all. Restarting the server fixed the issue.

True, but I'm also getting that AL lib error.

This also happens me after closing a singleplayer world. I also get an OpenGL error sometimes, and my Minecraft freezes. Could a mod reopen this?

Getting this error in the console every two seconds: [18:58:54 INFO]: Client> AL lib: (EE) MMDevApiProc: WaitForSingleObjectEx error: 0x102

Have you tried without your texture pack?

Works as intended. This feature was added in 13w42a.

Could someone reopen this? It's not a duplicate, the exception in this is totally different than in MC-30450.

You're getting the error because Minecraft can't execute the "commands.give.success" message with the block being a Command block. Are you getting the message with other blocks?

Partially a bug of MC-29520.

This is working as intended. Since 1.6.1, you can't break blocks with a sword (any kind) in creative mode.
