I found another issue reporting chunk lag

 

this can be listed as fixed at this point. allocating more memory helped the frame skipping for now. I don't know if it will return but its gone for now.  (not the chunk lag though)

 

I tried setting it as low 6 or 8. I figured out how to allocate more memory and that got rid ofthe frame skipping. I'm still having the chunk loading same as the other report. I realize that there was another report reporting that but I didnt' find anything on frame skipping. I am having the exact issue they are with the chunk loading though.
