Hello, we have an Amazon Fire for each of our two older kids. They have both been unable to download purchased content from the Marketplace for months. I have tried the steps above: clearing the Marketplace cache, pressing the OS back arrow button until I am prompted to quit Minecraft & doing so, and then reopening Minecraft.
Here are a few of the broken titles:
Artemis: Rocket Build (Minecraft)
Farm Craft: Secrets of Soil (Shapescape)
Trains (Lifeboat)
I'm happy to provide more details, or hook the tablet to adb (if that is a thing Amazon lets you do).
