Hello there, i have this problem, i have cleared the cache, backup up the data to cloud, deleted the game and reinstalled it, turned power on and off, checked for corrupt data, swithc software up to date...ive done everything from the forums i can possibly find on the issue and its still not on, my daughter has bought so many mods, created so many worlds and cannot log on to minecraft with her main account, yet the other basic accounts log in so quickly, hers just hangs and then comes up with software error - like the screenshot someone has loaded... is there any fix for this yet.
any updates on a fix for this, i just keep getting passed around, is this a minecraft fault or a microsoft fault?
are you working together to fix this,
my daughter and probably everyone here has spent many hours and plenty of money on this game.
if not retrievable are we all getting a refund for the amount of mods purchased on main accounts that we can no longer use?!
