I am having the same issue. I just added all the files concerning the biomes and the code I am using for these biomes. Both the lush_fields and the wastelands biome are affected. 

in the Wastelands biome I used fancy oak trees and customized them a bit and in the lush fields I used the standard jungle bushes.

I added the launcher log to the bug report.

nope i didn't, but this file also sais it has double .json but i didn't add that myself.

nvm i think i found it.

I deleted the other one and made a new one, but it still doesn't work. I'll add that one aswell.

Well... the skyblock one works again now, but the other one doesn't. and it did work once but i don't know what i did to make it stop working. I removed the .json at the end and I changed them to be all lovercase. and when i typed in the command I had it all lowercase aswell.
