I never had an issue with baby villagers growing up in 0.16.0. I made a total of 3 iron farms in 0.16.0 and every baby grew up without any issues. Now in 0.16.1 I can't get the babies to grow up. Also, 20 seconds after this baby farmer was born, he went right to farming carrots. He makes the sounds of a baby, but actions of an adult. After he farmed a while, he did breed with another adult, which gave another baby villager.

I have been running these tests in 2 different worlds, one is creative, the other made purely in survival. Both give me the same results.

I can also confirm ghasts are spawning everywhere. Seen them spawn, and stuck in 2 by 2 and 3 by 3 areas in nether fortresses and our nether hub.

This is happening on our realm as well. We tested it out and used our last slots. Everyone put a random item in the last inventory slot, then one person fed a cow wheat. Everyone's slot was changed to 7 wheat, the amount the feeder had left. We tried it again this time using the first slot, same issue, we all got wheat in that inventory slot as well. So far people have lost important tools and weapons, myself lost a full stack of golden carrots, changed to 7 wheat.
