This is exactly what I thought Mettach Kewmnan. I don't think Mojang will be able to do anything about it. What they can do though is confirm that this bug comes from the texture pack itself and not the game.

Update: By going into Logitech Options for my mouse and Disabling smooth scrolling, this resolved my issue! This can be closed

update: By deleting and reinstalling the app, I solved my issue, this can be closed!

To makes things clearer, I see my own message and see theirs, but they just don't see mine!

The bug is still going on on version 1.1.5. When it comes to big construction with redstone, it's getting annoying of replacing the torches everytime.
