Got tired a waiting for POOR customer service.  If it wasn't for all the time and history I spent with this game I would not have done it, but playing with my family means more to me than $30.  I bought another license.  It works now, no thanks to Mojang's and MS's.  Their response, "you can play MC now?  Yeaeeee!".

But this is the last Minecraft game I will be buying though.  With this issue and the constant crashes of MC Dungeons, I have no confidence in your products working like they should.

Any update on my case?  I really would like to play today (Friday).  A week has gone by.

I received an auto confirmation email on Tuesday from "Minecraft Help <[email protected]>" that the issue is being worked on, but nothing further since.

Issue is only affecting one account.  Other accounts can play normally over LAN.  I used to be able to play on LAN after the migration too; did so many times.  Since Friday MC Java says "Play Demo" and I can't play.

MC isn't expensive and I am tempted to just buy another copy to solve this.  But at this point I have little confidence that the other accounts won't experience this issue.  And days go by before it gets fixed.  Really disappointed here.  What's going on with MC these days?  I bought 3 copies MC Dungeons for multiplayer play on the Nintendo switches in the family.  Works but constant crashes; it's a well known issue.

Submitted the info you requested.  Didn't get a confirmation email or acknowledgement so hope it worked.  If I sign in to "www.minecraft.net/" and check some of the links it is not showing I own the game.  I've played several times since MS account migration.

I started experiencing this issue yesterday.  I migrated my Mojang account 2 months ago.  Been playing quite a bit since no problem.  Then went to play last night and only gives me the "Play Demo" option.  I wrote Mojang customer support including my Transaction ID but no response.   I have 3 other accounts that are OK.  Kids were able to play last night.  This is poor, no way to put it.
