yes it is still happerning
it appears to be fixed when chunks loading/ unloading but not when the rain stops
tested it by building snowblocks making it rain then jumping in a bed and the snowblocks was gone
allready reported ( MCPE-12119) it happening on mine and my dads tablets and where using samsung galaxy tab 4 ...thats not an ios...

they have a hit box of 2 high 1 wide if u swing a sword above there head it will dammage them

all ready reported this on the minecraft forums and was told to report it here the conection problem shoud be fixed once mojang fix the bug

it grows fine for me if its taking to long for you u can allways use bone meal on it thats a thing in bedrock mc
