I have discovered that if I go into settings —> storage and delete the Natural Textures, and then back to Global Resources and activate the Natural Textures pack again so that it prompts me to Download it again, then I am able to go play any of my worlds and it works.
However, I need to do this EVERY time I start playing. Certainly annoying and I hope this gets resolved quickly.
