yes, you can get quarter of a pixel heights with cauldrons. it’s also definitely an issue since the sides of cauldrons are not “flat surfaces”
removing this does NOT limit creativity, all pixel step heights are achievable with OTHER blocks [even without snow layers! you can get 20 different height ranges in one block].
cauldrons, composters, and hoppers all have this weird height issue, and it is most definitely a bug. keeping this in the game actually limits creativity as players are not finding unique ways to layer cushion heights and instead rely on an unintentional oversight. do not reward laziness!
It’s consistent for me, snowballs, ender pearls, etc are breaking all cushions for me.
This seems confusing and seems to be an oversight tag left in on the cushion, as it makes no sense that accidental projectiles should destroy player’s builds like this.
