This issue happened for me after the 1.19.10 update. As you can see in the video, the `command input` does not save. Additionally, the `block type` appears to change the color of the command_block, but upon right clicking, it returns to the previous state.

If I change the name of the command block to a non empty string then the values are updated and saved.
