husky2490 - Lockouts are sudden, and they occur without any kind of notifications. Minecraft does respond during these lockouts. Everything runs at its normal framerate; only the keyboard ceases to work. (It's Minecraft only.)
EDIT: I cannot initiate a crash log because the controls are completely locked out for the duration.
FVbico - I would have known if the rules were in an obvious location.
Bumping so this can be noticed.
I already have the latest version.
This is not an issue with the servers. This is TOTALLY RANDOM and lasts for an extremely long time. Other people can join the server without problems.
