Same for me on Nintendo Switch. Still not working after the 1.19.22 hotfix: no access to the marketplace and I only get the default skins.

Hi, I have the same issue on my Switch, I added my captions to the topic. It took them before the latest update of the game but the problem still exists.

I usually get Steve or Alex but sometimes get my skin. That does not happen very often though. The game says « invalid session » and recommends to restart the game but doing so does not solve the problem.

It happens with custom created skins and with skins I got from the Marketplace. If I try to change it manually, it shows an empty wardrobe and I cannot click on anything. My Minecoins are also set to zero although I have more than that.

Sometimes I use my account on an Xbox and my skins always load immediately. But when I use my Switch, most of the time they won’t load even though I am logged into my Nintendo and Microsoft accounts (logging out and logging in won’t do the trick).

Occasionally my skin loads and I get a message saying that there is a problem with my account, that it needs to be fixed and that I should contact assistance if it does not solve by itself.

Something else happens with the Steve/Alex skins: sometimes when I play with Steve, me and my friends see its skin within the game, and I also see it in my inventory, but if I open the « pause » menu, I see Alex’s skin and even sometimes my very own skin. That’s odd.

I’ve had that issue for about a month now. It’s a bit annoying, is there anything that can be done to solve it?
